How long will my purchase be available in My Downloads?

Your download will be available for 30 days for download, and you will be able to download it a limited number of times.


I live outside South Africa. Can I still purchase videos on the site?

At this time, the service is currently only available for South African users. If you would like to be notified when we can support your country, please let us know via the contact form.


I did not receive my subscription

Please check the 'My Downloads' section to see all your available subscription downloads. Remember, subscription delivery times may vary depending on your chosen subscription and could be daily or weekly.


How do I unsubscribe from a subscription?

You are able to unsubscribe to the subscription at any time via the unsubscribe link in your 'My Subscriptions' page under 'My Account'.


Can my mobile phone play videos?

If we think your mobile phone can play videos, video download options will be made available to you on the service.

Do I need to install anything to view videos on my mobile?

No, videos will be played in the built-in media player on your mobile.


Will I be charged to browse infinit.mobi?

While it is free to browse the site, your service provider may charge you for the data that is used.


Will I be charged for bandwidth used to download videos?

Your cellular provider may charge you for bandwidth usage. Please contact your provider to find out the applicable costs.


How do I set it up GPRS / 3G on Vodacom?

  • Dial *111#
  • Select option 5 (phone settings) from the menu that follows. (Answer -> 5 -> send)
  • Select option 1 to choose your phone make and model from a list, or option 2 to have Vodacom identify the phone for you.
  • In both cases, simply follow the steps provided to get the WAP settings sent to your phone.
  • If any of the abovementioned steps fail, simply retry.
  • Still having trouble? Call Vodacom's call centre on 111 from your Vodacom cellphone or 082 111 from another phone. Alternatively visit a Vodacom outlet near you.

How do I set it up GPRS / 3G on MTN?

  • Dial *123#
  • Select option 1 (phone setup) from the menu that follows. (Answer -> 1 -> send)
  • Select option 3 (WAP).
  • Connection settings will be sent to your phone; save these settings.
  • If any of the abovementioned steps fail, simply retry.
  • Still having trouble? Call MTN's call centre; dial 808 (contract) or 173 (pay as you go) from your cell phone. Alternatively, visit an MTN outlet near you.

How do I set it up GPRS / 3G on Cell C?

  • Dial *147#
  • Connection settings will be sent to your phone; save these settings. If a password is requested enter 0000
  • Still having trouble? Call Cell C's call centre on 140 or visit a Cell C outlet near you.

How do I set it up GPRS / 3G on Virgin Mobile?

  • When you first insert your Virgin Mobile SIM into your phone you'll receive an SMS asking you if you would like to accept Virgin Settings.
  • If you reply YES, your settings for MMS and WAP can be automatically downloaded and installed on your phone.
  • Do the following to manually request MMS and WAP settings:
  • Go to the 'Virgin Mobile' menu which you will find on either the main menu or applications menu of your mobile.
  • Select 'Virgin Settings' and reply YES when asked if you'd like to download them.
